Learn practical techniques for working with the magical Hebrew letter forms. Create beautiful words, phrases and blessings using traditional and modern calligraphy tools. No experience required in calligraphy or Hebrew to partake.
Song Circle & Sound Healing
Enjoy daily sunset Hebrew song circle (kumzitz) around the fire or Yoga shala accompanied by harp melodies by yours truly. Let your beautiful voice ring fearless and clear or just sit back, relax and take in the soothing sounds around you in devotion to Spirit.
Find the deepest relaxation you may have ever known in a Sound bath and healing experience. Rest comfortably and close your eyes as the beautiful sounds of crystal bowls and uniquely soothing instruments ring through the air.
Meditation & Journaling
Engage in Kabbalah inspired meditation, (such as Hebrew letter eye and candle gazing), to connect to the powerful letterforms on a deeper level that reveals a new layer of their essence.
We will set personal intentions at the retreats onset to document our journeys privately in journal form, both as a means to self-accountability and recording the beautiful progression through the experience. Customized stationery swag awaits.
Yoga
Move your body with devotion and dedication to your inner temple and divine essence. Get your blood flowing and your mind sharp and watch the rest of your day flow with an ease and energy you’ll enjoy so deeply. Yoga classes will be suitable for all levels.
Receive your complimentary 60 minute massage at Nosara’s most beloved spa on site at Tierra Encantada. Hop in the sauna or cold plunge post yoga for an extra boost of energy if you’re up for a challenge. And consider booking one of the many cutting-edge treatments available at the on-site spa.
Nosara Outings & Nature Walks
Explore the awesome surf town I now call home. Take a stroll on the beaches and pop in to the lovely cafes and shops and local market.
Wander the jungle trails on the hotel land. Nosara is full of monkeys, Coatis, Iguanas & beautiful birds.
Cacao Ceremony
Join in a traditional heart-opening experience of cacao. Drink the pure, locally grown, chocolate together and feel the warmth and calm wash over you as loving intention is spoken in to the air.
Traditional Shabbat
Gather together in celebration of the Day of Rest. Enjoy celebratory rituals, foods and songs and surrounding the joy of ease and togetherness, and ancient Biblical traditions alive and well. Take a break from your device and end the retreat week with a sense of calm like never before.
